BBD75 RoundUp / Die Zusammenfassung

It's been a real pleasure for us to host the #75Bread Baking Day.
We were looking for your "favorite bread for the weekend" and we've received a nice collection of breads from all over the world.

Thank you everyone for participating in Bread Baking Day and sending us your lovely breads and thank you Zorra  for giving us this great opportunity to host this event.

Right now coming to the roundup, in the order in which we received them....

Küchenlogbuch (here) started the BBD with a traditional balcan recipe.
The "Lepinje" (here) is served traditionally with Cevapcici or with grilled meats.
Perfect for the current season, right?

Anna Antonia (same named Blog - here) found her favorite bread in France in a wonderful little guesthouse. It was a very special "Kougelhopf" - now she has baked this Guglhupf (here) for us and it looks really great!

Very intereresting is the story of Connie and Peter - "my discovery of bread" (here) :  a few years ago they moved from the Netherlands to Thailand. Now they make their own bread there - and for the BBD they baked sourdough-english-muffins.

Let's get something savoury!
Gery "Lecker mit Geri" (here) made a bulgarian bread for breakfast (here).
It's a traditionally bread with yeast and a cast of feta cheese.

Klasse! Das werden wir mal ausprobieren!

Tanja "Greenway36" (here) showed us a great brown bread - really after our fancy!
Ingredients are shredded rye, flaxseed and sunflower seeds. Great! We'll try this recipe!

Susanne "Mehlstaub und Ofenduft" (here) spoiled us with a "sourdough cream brioche" (here).
Gosh! It looks so yummy! Just great. Please....one more slice...

Sehr spannend! Muss ausprobiert werden!

Via Zorras "Kochtopf-Blog" (here) there was also a guest article for the #75BBD.
MaRa showed us a great recipe for "sesame rolls" (here). The special of the recipe? The sesame is not only on but even in the rolls! Very exciting! We've to try this!

Sylvia of "Brotwein" (here) hosted last month the #74BBD. Do you remember? (here).
This time she baked a ciabatta bread with wheat sourdough for us (here). A great bread for the weekend - pairing to mediterranean dishes, the whole range of raw ham, dry-cured salami and aromatic cheese. We'll try this recipe some day.

Jule - the "Kochmädchen" - shows us "bread baking is not witchcraft"! Her recipe (with great photos) provides us a "Farmers' bread - without kneading" (here).
Looks so good.

Und weiter geht's!
Charlotte vom Blog "Milchmädchen" (klick)  brachte uns ein Weizenmischbrot (klick).

Onwards!
Charlotte of "Milchmädchen" (here) brought us a mixed wheat bread (here). The dough can almost be used to make buns. Good idea!

Judy of "Judy's Gross Eats" (here) made some very special "Sourdough Pumpkin Spice Sconses with Cinnamon Chips" (here). Sounds and looks really delicious.

Anisja  "La cucina di Anisja" (klick) brachte uns mit ihrem italienischen Rezept "Fagottini alle mele" (klick) echtes Urlaubsfeeling...

Anisja "La cusina di Anisja" (here) brought us with her italian recipe "Fagottini alle mele" (here) some great holiday feeling.

Finally, a contribution of Zorra. Her blog "Kochtopf" (here) is the origin of the Bread Baking Day and you'll find there an incredible number of recipe ideas (not only for bread). Zorra baked us some "Burger Buns - suitable for beginners" (here). Well - we'll also try them this season.
